Introduction

Total Calibration is committed to identifying and addressing modern slavery risks within its operations and supply chains. This policy outlines how we seek to prevent these practices, in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).

Scope

This policy applies to all Total Calibration employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners.

Definitions

“Modern Slavery” encompasses forced labour, debt bondage, human trafficking, and other exploitative practices.

Commitments

1. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of risk in our operations and supply chains.

2. Due Diligence: Require suppliers and partners to confirm their compliance with anti-slavery regulations and this policy.

3. Training: Implement training programs for staff to identify and address modern slavery risks.

4. Reporting: Establish a secure channel for confidential reporting of suspected violations.

5. Audit and Compliance: Regularly audit internal processes and supplier networks to ensure compliance.

6. Transparency: Publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement detailing our actions and findings.

Governance

The CEO and senior leadership team are responsible for implementing and overseeing this policy.

Review
